NSU signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh

 

 

NSU Live: The first private university and the number one ranked private university of Bangladesh, North South University (NSU) signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to provide group insurance services to all faculty members and employees.

Professor Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor of NSU, Mr. Ala Ahmad, General Manager of MetLife Bangladesh and Prof. Dr. M. Ismail Hossain, Pro Vice-Chancellor of NSU were present at the virtual signing ceremony.

Group Life insurance enables organizations to provide financial support to their employees against death and accidental disability through customized solutions, and through this agreement, the more than 950 faculty members and employees of NSU will have life and accidental insurance coverage.

From now on, faculties and employees of NSU will get the advantage of MetLife’s longstanding experience of providing customized, world-class insurance services. It is worth mentioning that, being the leading life insurance company in the country, MetLife also serves over 1 million individual customers.

Professor Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor, NSU said, “Providing financial protection through customized and international standard insurance helps an organization demonstrate that it truly cares for its people, and at the same time it also differentiates the organization from other employers. Among others, Mr. Mohammad Sayed Ahmed, FCA, Director, Finance & Accounts, NSU, other faculty members and senior officials of both the organizations were present at the virtual signing ceremony.
