''Provide safety gears to health professionals of private hospitals''

 

 

Live Correspondent: The High Court has directed authorities concerned to provide necessary health equipment including personal protective equipment (PPE), surgical masks and gloves to doctors, nurses and other related staff of the private hospitals and clinics.

At the same time, instruction has been given to submit a report on different steps and recommendations taken by coronavirus advisory committee in a bid to curb the spread of coronavirus within one week.  

The virtual bench led by High Court Justice Obaidul Hasan passed the order on Monday.

Lawyer Manjil Morshed took part in the hearing on behalf of the petition at the virtual court while attorney General Mahbubey Alam stood for the state.
