Live Correspondent: The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has prepared a charge sheet against 125 people including 87 Dhaka University (DU) students over the question paper leak of DU admission test.

Mohammad Shafiqul Islam, chief of the CID and Additional Inspector General of Police, said this at a press conference held at the CID headquarters at Malibagh in Dhaka on Thursday.

“We are also investigating the suspected involvement of 55 more people aside from the accused 125,” he told the media. “If we are certain of their involvement and their identities, we will include their names in the charge sheet as well.”

On October 19 in 2017, the CID conducted a drive at two residential halls of DU over admission test question paper leak and arrested two students Mamun and Rana. After getting some information from them, the CID also arrested an admission seeker named Rafi.
