VP Nur announces to form new political party
DU Live: The Nurul Haque Nur, Vice President (VP) of Dhaka University Central Students’ Union (Ducsu), has announced his plan of forming a new political party with youths.
Coming in live on Facebook on Tuesday night, VP Nur made this announcement saying he was not active in politics neither of Awami League nor with BNP and he would not join them.
“We have been working to form a new type of political party. Aiming to our goal, we have already formed Youth, Workers and Expatriate Rights Council,” Nur said.
He also said that there is nothing to hide. We want to form a new political party led by the youth.
“Those who want to create a new path of politics, think about a new party with positive thoughts. I want to get involved with them and work with them. And if I don't find someone like that, I will go ahead alone,” he added.
He also said that sacrifice and will power is the key to doing politics. There is no need of huge money in politics. People can go far if they want.
