Int’l Women’s role during the pandemic on Friday at DU

DU Live: An international webinar titled “Role of Women during the COVID-19 Pandemic” will be held on September 11 (Friday) at 7.00 pm Bangladesh time (1.10 PM GMT) at Dhaka University (DU).

DU Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Professor Dr. ASM Maksud Kamal will inaugurate the webinar as the chief guest, said a press release here.

Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Prof. Dr. Sadeka Halim, former chairperson of DU Chemistry Department Prof. Dr. Nilufar Nahar, Prof. Dr.
Begum Rokeya from Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, former chairperson of DU Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Department Prof. Dr. Zeba Islam Seraj, Dr. Rumana Dowla of Care Foundation, Bangladesh and Dr. Sabrina M Elias of Independent University, Bangladesh will also attend the webinar as the panelists.

A research group of DU Chemistry Department has organized the seminar through zoom communication, which is also open for all to participate.
