Draft of ‘Education Act 2020’ finalised banning note-guide

 

Live Correspondent: The draft of ‘Education Act 2020’ has been finalised banning note-guide prepared in the form of textbooks.

This was finalised at a meeting chaired by Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Tuesday.  

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel and other high officials concerned.

Confirming the matter to media, Mohibul Hasan said the ‘Education Act-2020’ has been finalised after a long discussion.   

It will soon be sent to the Cabinet. Later, it will be sent to Jatiya Sangsad via Law Ministry. And finally it will be enacted with approval of the President, he added.
