Playing a role based on Pritilota is challenging

The film was released on February 3 in five Cineplex of country. Through the movie, Tisha will be seen on the big screen after a long time. The actress played a pivotal role in the film.

About the character of Pritilota, Tisha said “ Acting the role is prestigious for any actress. While I was given the proposal to play for the character, I did not think for the second time.

I said that I must act the role. Basically, I love to work the movies based on historical character. As we had no video document, it was challenging to play the role. We just played the role by reading a book. Now audience will say how was my performance in the film.”

Apart from cinema halls, as per the decision by UGC, the film will be premiered at 50 educational institutions without ticket fees. Besides, students will also able to watch the film at cinema halls by half ticket price, said director of the film Pradip Ghosh.

The film was made by government grants in the fiscal year 2019-20.

In the film, Tisha will star against Manoj Pramanik who acted in the film as revolutionary Ramkrishno. Another cast of the film is Kamruzzaman Tapu.

Songs of the film have been directed by prominent music director Bappa Mazumder.
