Live Correspondent: Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Maleque today said that the MBBS admission test was completed without any problem. “There has been a strong committee to control the examination, there are expert doctors. They have prepared the questions and the question papers were sent to each center by tracking them digitally,” he said.

Health Minister Zahid Maleque informed this after visiting a center at Arts Bhaban in Dhaka University on Friday (March 10).

Zahid Maleque said that attempts have been made to conduct the test in accordance with the COVID hygiene rules, although COVID is not like that now. No question papers were leaked here, no chaos has been made.

“If half the population of a country is backward, the country cannot progress. Today’s high participation in exams shows that girls are moving forward. Girls are also passing more exams. Maximum 60 to 70 percent of girls have also been recruited in our government hospitals,” he said.

Noted that this year 1.39 lakh students participated in this year’s MBBS examination. There are more female candidates than male students. More than 10,500 girl students took part in the exams. Among the total candidates, 54 percent were female and 44 percent were male.
