BSMMU Professor Dr Muhammad dies of Covid-19

 

Live Correspondent: Associate Professor Dr Muhammad Hossain of Urology Department of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) died of coronaviris at a hospital the capital. He was 56.

He was undergoing treatment at Square Hospital in the capital.Dr Muhammad Hossain completed his MBBS degree from Chittagong Medical College and Hospital. Later, he achieved MS degree in urology from Dhaka University.

He has 19 research and knowledge-based journals. BSMMU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kanak Kanti Barua expressed deep shock at the death of Dr Muhammd Hossain.

Besides, Bangladesh Medical Association President Dr Mostofa Jalal Mohiuddin and its Secretary General Dr Md Ihteshamul Haque Chowdhury are profoundly saddened at the demise of BSMMU physician Muhammad Hossain.
