Live Desk: Making his first public appearance since being shot at a rally in Wazirabad this month, Pakistan's former prime minister Imran Khan said his party,
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will withdraw from the country's regional and national assemblies.
Khan's shooting took place while he was on a six-month march from Lahore to Islamabad in protest against the government.
However, he has announced that he has changed his plans and decided to abandon the march on the nation's capital, as he doesn't "want to cause any harm" to Pakistan.
