Global coronavirus deaths crosses 31,000

 

 

Live Correspondent: The global death toll of coronavirus reached 31,068 till Sunday afternoon . A total of 669,080 people have been infected while 143,119 recovered worldwide in the deadly disease, worldometer reports.

The USA confirmed 123,781 coronavirus cases, the highest number of infection in a country of the world, while 2,229 died and 3,238 recovered.

In Italy, 92,472 have been infected, 10,023 died and 12,384 recovered in the deadly disease while in Spain 73,235 infected, 5,982 died, 12,285 recovered. In China, 81,439 people have been infected, 3,300 died and 75,448 recovered while in Iran, 35,408 infected, 2,517 patients died and 11,679 recovered.

In France, 37,575 people have been infected, 2,314 people died and 5,700 recovered while in UK, 17,089 people infected, 1,019 died and 135 recovered.

In Netherlands, 9,762 people have been infected, 639 people died and only 3 people recovered while in Germany, 58,247 people infected, 455 died and 8,481 recovered.In Belgium, 10,836 people have been infected, 431 died and 1,359 recovered while in Switzerland, 14,352 people have been infected, 282 died and 1,595 recovered.

In South Korea, 9,583 people have been infected, 152 died and 5,033 recovered. In Brazil and Indonesia, 114 died each while in Turkey 108 and in Portugal 100 died already.

In India, 987 people have been infected, 25 died and 87 recovered so far. In Bangladesh, 48 people have been infected, five people died and 15 people recovered in the disease.

The coronavirus COVID-19 is affecting 199 countries and territories around the world and 2 international conveyances: the Diamond Princess cruise ship harbored in Yokohama, Japan, and the Holland America's MS Zaandam cruise ship.
