BSF tortures two Bangladeshis on Chuadanga border

 

Live Correspondent: Two Bangladeshis were tortured by the BSF at Thakurpur border in Damurhuda upazila of Chuadanga on Friday night.

The victims are Kadam Ali 35, son of late Ishak Ali, hailing from Thakurpur Bazar para of the upazila and Babu alias Kalu, 30, son of late Abdus Samad, from the same area.
BSF caught them and tortured when they were trying to enter India for bringing cattle at main pillar no 81 on Thakurpur border.

Later, locals took the injured to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital where on-duty doctor referred Kadam Ali to Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH) in critical condition.

Lt col Khalekuzzaman, director of Border Guard Bangladesh-6, Chuadanga, confirmed the matter to media.
