Bangladeshi professor nominated for Nobel Prize

Live Correspondent: University of Massachusetts Boston has nominated Bangladeshi-American professor Dr Ruhul Abid and his nonprofit organisation Health and Education for All (HAEFA) for the Nobel Peace Prize.
Dr Ruhul Abid is a professor at Brown University Alpert Medical School in the USA. Prof Jean-Philippe Belleau of Anthropology Department at UMASS Boston confirmed media about the matter.
Dr Abid is one of 211 nominees for 2020 Nobel Peace Prize. A graduate from Dhaka Medical College, Abid obtained his PhD degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the Graduate School of Science, Nagoya University in Japan.
