Nejamul ERAB President, Sumon secretary

Live Correspondent: Nejamul Haque, senior reporter of The Daily Ittefaq, and Shariful Alam Sumon, senior reporter of The Daily Kalerkantho on Friday have been elected as President and General Secretary of Education Reports Association, Bangladesh (ERAB) respectively.
The other elected office bearers are Vice-President Selina Sheuli (BSS), joint secretary MM Jasim (The Business Standard), Treasurer MH Robin (Dainik Amadersomoy), Organising secretary Saif Sujan (Banikbarta), Office secretary Solamain Salman (daily sun), publicity secretary Rashid Al Ruhani (Shikkha Barta), ICT, Sports, and cultural secretary Piya's Sarker (Daily Manabzamin), Training and Research secretary Abu Bakar Yamin (Raisingbd).
ERAB senior member Amanur Rahman acted as the chief election commissioner while Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) former General secretary Riaz Chowdhury and ERAB member Murad Hossain were its members.
Earlier in the day, ERAB's Annual general meeting was held at Dream square resort in Gazipur with outgoing president Sabbir Newaz in the chair.
