Victory souvenir "Bornomala" released in Rajibpur Upazila

 

Kurigram Live: On the occasion of the great victory day, the Rajibpur Upazila administration released the victory souvenir "Bornomala" in memory of freedom fighters and martyred. All writings of Bornomala have been collected and fully supported by the Bornomala - Bijay Swarnika group of Rajibpur Upazila. On 16th December, the victory day ceremony was held, and the Vijay Swarnika wrap was unveiled.

Rajibpur Upazila chairman Akbar Hossain Hero, Upazila executive officer Amit Chakraborty, Rajibpur police station Officer-in-Charge Mozaharul Islam, Upazila Awami League president Abdul Hai Sarkar, general secretary Humayun Kabir Chakku and the book's editor freedom fighter writer Abdus Sabur Farooqui, Rajibpur Government High School headteacher Azim Uddin & Rajibpur Union Parishad chairman Miron Mohammad Elyas were present as guests.

Mr. Amit Chakraborty said about this magazine, "If this type of Swarnika is published continuously, the young generation will be more interested in poetry, rhymes writings based on the liberation war. The history of the liberation war and the events behind the various struggles of the liberation war can be known to them. Along with the upazila parishad, the victory souvenir "Bornomala" group has cooperated in various ways for this publication."

Freedom fighter Abdus Sabur Farooqui said, "In 2018, we published the souvenir by the Bir Protik Taraman Bibi Students Welfare Foundation's initiative. This time the upazila administration is supporting us, so we tried to express the thoughts of the young generation through writing.
