Attorney general, BGMEA president join AL sub-committee

 

Live Correspondent: Ruling Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader on Thursday approved the party’s information and research sub-committee making former Rajshahi University vice-chancellor Sayeedur Rahman Khan as chairman and AL information and research secretary Selim Mahmud as member secretary.

Attorney general AM Amin Uddin and Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association president Rubana Huq were made members of the committee, said a press release.

The other members of the committee are prime minister’s economic advisor Mashiur Rahman, education minister Dipu Moni, information minister Hasan Mahmud, state minister for power and energy Nasrul Hamid, lawmaker Zakia Parvin Khanam,

Chittagong University professor Helal Uddin Nizami, Dhaka University pro-vice-chancellor ASM Maksud Kamal, and University Grants Commission member Biswajit Chanda.
