Workshop on Socio Camp held at NSU

NSU Live: After successfully conducting the first round, Socio Camp is all set to host the second round with the top 30 qualifying teams selected through the thorough evaluation of their submitted case analysis by the judges. The club has commenced the second round by hosting Socio Camp’s second workshop at North South University (NSU) premises.

The workshop started with a little introduction on how the competition has been successfully hosted for 10 long years consecutively. Later on, the guest speakers of the workshop SadmanSadik and Nayeema Akbar took the podium. They shared their own experience and knowledge which can help the teams to flourish their understanding and prepare for the second round with utmost effort. The speakers also mentioned that competitions such as Socio Camp is a platform to groom up the problem solvers of tomorrow.

After that, the Honorable faculty advisor of NSUSSC started his speech by enlightening the teams on how to handle the second round. In the last segment, the Competition Coordinator unfolded the second round case followed by a question answer session. The second round case was designed to address the lack of acceptability of the third gender community by general public in Bangladesh.
