IU introduces virtual class
IU Live: The CSE department Associate Prof Dr Aktaruzzaman organised an internet class using virtual lab at science building of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on Wednesday.
Lecturer Dr Massimo Waler Rivolta spoke over screen on ‘Filter Design of the Course of Digital Signal Processing around 3pm. Dr Massimo is Postdoc fellow at biomedical image and Signal processing lab of University of Millan in Italy.
The university Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur Rashid Askari, Former Proctor Prof Dr Mhabubar Rahman, Transport Administrator Prof Dr Rezwanul Islam, Prof Dr Ahasanul Ambia and fifty students took part in the session.
Associate Prof Dr Akhtaruzzaman told Independent that they had first time introduced the virtual class reasoning would help on the way to internationalization of our campus. They had proved this university not only involved across the country but also augmented communication whole world, he also added.
The University Vice-Chancellor told Independent that the university accelerated one step to internationalization by the internet class and also was given thanked Associate Prof Dr Akhtaruzzaman.
The Vice Chancellor urged to Akhteruzzaman would continue academicals and administrative help for the students.
