IU launches suggestion box
IU Live: The authority of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia launched suggestion box at Arts Faculty building on yesterday around 11am. Bangladesh Chatra Leauge of the university unit organised the box among the student to give different complain in the packet.
The University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari spoke out here as the chief guest with IU unit BCL President Robiul Islam Polash was in the chair.
The University BCL secretary Rakibul Islam Rakib conducted the event while Prof Dr M Shahinoor Rahman and its treasurer Prof Dr M Selim Toha addressed here as the special guest.
Around two hundred BCL activists took part on the occasion with IU acting Proctor Anisur Rahman with vice-chancellor private secretary Rezaul Karim Reza were attended the programe.
The unit Secretary Rakibul Islam Rakib told Independent that they had first time launched the suggestion box reasoning augmented awareness of the students and annihilated any constraint general student to BCL.
Besides A day-long workshop on ‘Research Methodology and Conducting-e-Research’ was held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia on yesterday.
Institute of Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized the programme in association with Islamic University at The Badsha Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz Central Library of the University around 10:00am.
IU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari addressed here as chief guest while its Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M Shahinoor Rahman and Treasurer Prof Dr M Selim Toha took part in the event as special guests with university IQAC director Prof Dr M Abdus Subhan in the chair.
Chittagong University (CU) Social Science faculty dean Prof Dr Farid Uddin Ahamed attended here as resource person attended by over 75 teachers from various department of the university.
