KU student selected as 'Bangabandhu Scholar'

KU Live: Rupak Kumar Saha, 14th batch student of Sculptor Discipline of Khulna University (KU) has been selected as 'Bangabandhu Scholar', says a KU press release today. Earlier, on the occasion of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman's birth centenary 'Mujib Borsho', the government has selected 13 meritorious students as 'Bangabandhu Scholar' from the country's public and private universities for their outstanding performance.

Of the 13, Rupak has been selected as 'Bangabandhu Scholar' from the Fine Art section of KU, said the release. Hailing the scholarship, KU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mahmood Hossain said it has extended KU dignity and reputation.
