Fardin Noor Parsh murder case: Bushra's bail order on Sunday

 

BUET Live: The hearing on the bail application of Amatullah Bushra, arrested in connection with the death of Bangladesh University of Engineering (BUET) student Fardin Noor Parsh (24), has ended. After the hearing, the court fixed next Sunday (January 8) for the order.

The court of 7th Additional Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge Tehsin Iftekhar fixed the new day on Thursday (January 5). Bushra's lawyer AKM Habibur Rahman confirmed the matter. 

Earlier, he said that on November 30, he applied for Bushra's bail in the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court. Accepting the application, the court fixed today for hearing.

Earlier, Fardin's father Noor Uddin filed a case at Rampura police station claiming that Fardin had been murdered. Girlfriend Amatullah Bushra was made the number one accused in that case. He was arrested on November 10. He is now in jail after five days of remand.

In the complaint, Fardin's father Noor Uddin Rana said that Fardin was killed in a planned manner by the killers in Rampura area or elsewhere. His girlfriend Amatullah Bushra is behind this murder.

Naval police recovered the body of Fardin from Shitalakshya river in Narayanganj on November 7 afternoon. After the post-mortem, the doctors said, 'numerous injury marks were found on his body, he was killed'.

The investigation of the case was entrusted to the DB police. Then the issue of drug involvement, murders by drug dealers, youth gang involvement came to the fore. 

The DB Police and RAB concerned in the latest investigation reached a kind of 'compromise' regarding the progress of the investigation and said that Fardin had voluntarily died or committed suicide. According to the DB police, Bushra, who is in jail, is innocent in the case of Fardin's death.
