40 pirates surrender in Banshkhali on Thursday

Live Correspondent: Forty pirates along with their weapons will surrender to Inspector General of Police (IGP) Benazir Ahmed on Thursday.
The pirates will surrender to the IGP at a ceremony to be held at Banshkhali Adarsh High School playground around 11 am.
Benazir Ahmed already arrived in Chattogram on Wedesday, Mohammad Iqbal Hossain, Additional DIG (Administration) of Chattogram range, told BSS. He also inaugurated the Police officers mess built at a cost of Tk 4.16 crore.
