Live Correspondent: The closure of educational institutions has been extended further in the present coronavirus or Covid-19 situation of the country. Under this circumstance, the syllabus of the candidates of Secondary School Certification (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examinations of 2022 has been shortened like this year due to disruption of educational activities, said Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni.

She was addressing a press conference virtually on Wednesday noon.

The education minister said, “This year, SSC candidates will take part in classes for 60 days while HSC candidates for 84 days. The candidates of 2022 will attend classes for 150 days and 180 days respectively. And then they will take part in examinations.”

Earlier, Dr Dipu Moni came up with the announcement of the extension of the ongoing closure of educational institutions till June 12.
