Live Correspondent: All educational institutions of the country were closed on March 17 last year so that coronavirus infection can be checked in Bangladesh. After the closure of one and a half years, schools and colleges in recent times began providing class lessons in-person due to a decrease in coronavirus infection.

Meanwhile, the probable timetable for Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations have been prepared.

Inter-education board coordination sub-committee chairman and Dhaka Education Board Chairman Prof Nehal Ahmed said the final date has not yet been fixed for SSC and HSC examinations.

The probable schedule for the beginning of SSC exams is November 10 to 15 while HSC exams are at the beginning of the first week of December, he said.

Prof Nehal said, “The proposal for beginning of the SSC exams from November 10 to 15 and HSC exams at the first week of December has been sent to the education ministry.

The inter-education board will prepare the final routine of the exams after getting final approval. All preparations are taken to hold exams.”
