Palak for giving importance to creativity

IT Live: State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak today said all should give importance to creativity to build a creative and progressive generation. 
 
"We have to inspire our children and youths to engage them in creative works to take our nation towards knowledge-based creative economy. ICT Division would provide assistance to inspire all in creative works, " he said.  
 
The state minister said these while addressing as chief guest a function to distribute awards among winners of Mujib Olympiad at Bangladesh Computer Council auditorium in capital's Agargaon area.  
 
Palak also said a word-class 3-D animation film would be made soon in the country based on the writing of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's 'Rasel Amar Chotto Sona'.  Best animators of the country would be engaged in that work, he added.  
 
"Alongside, we are working on building an interactive game on our War of Liberation. We are building one cineplex in each hytech park across the country to provide healthy recreation to our children and youths, " he further said.  
  
Presided over by ICT Division Senior Secretary NM Ziaul Alam, the prize distribution ceremony was also addressed by Rezaul Moksud Zahidi. A total of 32 people were given awards in three different categories.
