Educatinal Qualification: Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 (Three) 1st division/ class having no 3rd division/class in any of the examinations.

Other Requirements: The candidate should ve a Bangladeshi National. The candidate shoud have the willingness to work in any location within the country. Age should not exceed 30 years (maximum 32 years for the children of Freedom Fighters) as on Febuary 16, 2022.

Salary: The selected Management Trainee Officer will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.50,000/-. They will be absorbed in the rank of `Senior Officer` of the Bank after successful completion of the probation period.
