Prof Nehal Ahmed made Dhaka Board chairman

 

Live Correspondent: Dhaka College Principal Prof Nehal Ahmed has been appointed as chairman of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Dhaka.

A gazette notification signed by deputy secretary of the Department of Secondary and Higher Education (Government College-2) of the Education Ministry Dr Srikanta Kumar Chanda on November 23 revealed this information,

says a media report on Wednesday. Prof Nehal Ahmed will replace incumbent chairman Prof Muhammad Ziaul Huq.

Regarding his new responsibility, Prof Nehal Ahmed said, “It is a big challenge to continue academic activities and to publish results of HSC within quickest possible time amid coronavirus pandemic.

Taking this challenge, I will take over charge so that it would possible to announce results.”
