RU student tortured 'all night long

Live Correspondent: A student of Rajshahi University (RU) was allegedly bullied and tortured mentally as well as physically by some 10 or 12 seniors on the rooftop of Shaheed Shamsuzzoha Hall, all night long.
Sami M Sajid is the Theatre Department student for the session 2019-20. He is currently undergoing treatment at the university medical centre.
The main accused persons are Master's students of the same department Topu and Rubel, a 2nd-year Honours student, and Abdullah Al Masud, reports UNB.
Theatre department acting chairman Amiruzzaman said they heard some seniors of the Theatre Department tortured Sajid whole night. "We will take legal action after learning of the overall matter," he added.
