103 RU students to receive gold medals

Live Correspondent: A total of 103 meritorious students of Rajshahi University will get gold medals and certificates into different categories for their outstanding academic performance.
Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will hand over the gold medals and the certificates at an award ceremony on January 30. RU Pro-vice Chancellor Prof Md Sultan-ul-Islam confirmed the matter on Thursday.
The Pro-VC said Agrani Bank Gold Medal, Mumtazuddin Gold Medal and Dr AK Khan Gold Medal will be given to 103 students in three categories.
Meanwhile, Education Minister will also inaugurate the newly reconstructed Kazi Nazrul Islam Auditorium in the university, which has been modernized at a cost of Tk 17 crore.
