NU VC suggests students to be self-motivated to tap potentials

 

Live Correspondent: Prof Dr Md Mashiur Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of the National University, urged students to be self-motivated and confident to tap into unlimited potentials.

Pointing to students, he said “You have unlimited potentials. It is time for you to indulge in indiscipline and arrogance. Pass time in Facebook, YouTube or do whatever you like.

But fix a time for study and follow the schedule regularly. Gather knowledge from e-book and e-journals.”

He was addressing as the chief guest at inter-college sports, cultural and debate competition 2023 at Dhaka Commerce College (DCC) on Monday. The National University organised the competition. The DCC is the venue for colleges in Dhaka district. 

Prof Dr Shafique Ahmed Siddique, Chairman of Governing Body of Dhaka Commerce College, presided over the programme which was attended, among others, by Prof Dr Muhammed Fayyaz Khan, VC of BUBT, Prof Md Abu Saleh, member of  DCC Governing Body, and Prof Dr Md Abu Masud, Principal of DCC.
