Gopalganj's BSMRSTU temporarily suspends 4 students

BSMRTU Live: The authorities of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University (BSMRSTU), Gopalganj, have suspended four of its students for an indecent incident over a badminton game.
A notice in this regard was signed by the university registrar Md Dolilur Rahman on Thursday. Proctor Prof Md Kamruzzaman confirmed the news saying that after further investigation, legal action will be taken against all those who are found to be involved in the incident.
The suspended four students are Md Jashim Uddin, Abdul Bari Sajeeb, and Israfil Rahat Rafi of the Accounting and Information Systems Department; while Kazi Aman Avro of the Chemistry Department.
According to the notice, on February 27, an indecent incident took place between the students of the Accounting and Information Systems Department and the Chemistry Department over a badminton game.
The disciplinary board, at the meeting on Thursday, decided to investigate the incident properly.
