JnU teacher Dr Protiva Rani presents research article

JNU Live: Jagannath University (JnU) Associate Professor of English Dr Protiva Rani Karmaker presented one more research article on “Bringing Skills at Higher Education in New Normal Society”.

The article was presented in an international seminar collaborated by Kerala State Higher Education Council of India and CEAM with Titus II Teachers College, and Anand College of Education AGRA, UP on November 11.

Earlier, on November 6, Dr Karmaker also presented her scholastic paper titled “Bringing Innovations in Teaching through Re-thinking” at the “10th Phoenix Talk” of The Phoenix &The Phoenix-English Language Teachers Alliance, Bangladesh.

Last couple of months, Dr Karmaker, also former director of the Institute of Modern Languages (IML) of Jagannath University, Dhaka coordinated and participated in a series of national and international webinars.

As the special guest from Bangladesh, Dr Karmaker presented a research article titled “Emerging Approaches and Trends in English Language Teaching” at the 3rd International Faculty Development Programme of the Center for Academic and Professional Development (CAPD) of the KAASH Foundation of Mumbai, India in collaboration with English Language Teachers' Association of India (ELTAI) held from August 24 to 29.

Besides, she also performed as the Conference Coordinator and the Chairperson of a session at the international seminar of Institute of Education and Research - IER, Jagannath University; CTEF, Bangladesh Chapter and CEAM, India that started from October 10 and ended on October 12.
