Govt cancels forged certificates of 1,181 freedom fighters

 

 

Live Correspondent: The government has cancelled the forged certificates of 1,181 freedom fighters of the country.

The Ministry of Liberation War Affairs on Sunday issued a notification cancelling their gazette.

The notification of cancellation of gazette can be found on the website of the ministry concerned.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs published a gazette recognising 1,256 freedom fighters.
