Results of lottery for admission into non-govt schools published

Live Correspondent: Education Minister Dipu Moni has inaugurated the results of admission from Class I-IX at non-government high schools of the country through a digital lottery for the academic year of 2023.

The results were published at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital on Tuesday (December 13) afternoon. Being present at the function as the chief guest, Education Minister Dipu Moni inaugurated the results of the digital lottery.

The results of the lottery related to the admission will be available at the website (https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd) and through SMS from 5:00 pm.

Besides, results will be known by sending an SMS from Teletalk mobile numbers to 16222 number through the following format:

SMS Format: GSARESULT USERID Reply: GSA 2023: User ID, XXX, Birth Registration: XXX, EIIN: XXX, Class: XXXX, Shift: XXX, Version: XXX, Status: XXX.

A total of 3,392 educational institutions have joined the student admission process through the lottery this year. Of these, 540 are government and 2,852 non-government educational institutions. This year, a total of 1,12,644 applications have been accepted this year.

With Professor Nehal Ahmed, Director General of the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) in the chair, the admission results publishing function was also attended by Education Ministry's Joint Secretary Khaleda Akter, Teletalk Managing Director AKM Habibur Rahman, senior officials of the Ministry of Education and Teletalk.

Earlier on Monday afternoon, the digital lottery in the admission program for the 2023 academic year of government schools was published at the International Mother Language Institute in the capital.
