42,383 students get primary scholarships

Live Correspondent: The results of primary scholarship examinations were published on Tuesday where 42,383 students got the scholarships.
Md Jakir Hossain, state minister of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME), announced the result at a press briefing at the secretariat.
A total of 33,000 students got talent pool scholarships, while 89,383 got general scholarships.
The result is available on the primary and mass education ministry website (www.mopme.gov.bd) and the Directorate of Primary Education www.dpe.gov.bd.
The primary scholarship examination was held in December 2022, 13 years after the last one was held in 2008.
A total of six lakh fifth-graders took part in the examination on December 30, 2022.
