Closing Ceremony of -IKM of East West University

Live Correspondent: The 2 nd International Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (i-IKM 2021) was held virtually. The conference was three days long from 24-26 June 2021. The conference was organized by the Department of Information Studies and Library Management, East-West University in association with East-West University Library.
Around 50 paper presenters and around 200 participants from different parts of the world like the USA, Australia, South Africa, Turkey, Mexico, Hong Kong, Bosnia Herzegovina, Sweden, Indonesia, Nepal, India joined the conference.
Four keynote papers were presented during the conference. The Program was inaugurated on 24th June 2021. Mr. M. A. Mannan, MP, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Planning, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh graced the inaugural
ceremony as the chief guest.
Dr. Mohammed Farashuddin, Chief Advisor and Founder Vice-Chancellor of East-West University were present at the event as the program chair. The following day, on 25th June 2021, Day-2: Friday, consists of four technical sessions, and on 26th June, Day-3: Saturday consist of four technical sessions.
On the evening of the same day, the closing ceremony of the 2 nd International Conference on Information and Knowledge Management (i-IKM) was held. In that event, the Honorable Chief A guest was Professor Dr. Roshan Lal Raina, Vice-Chancellor, JK Lakshmipat University, Jaipur, India.
Honorable special guest was Professor Dr. Jagtar Singh, Former Head, Department of Library and Information Science, and Former Dean, Faculty of Education and Information Science, Punjabi University, India.
Venerated Dr. Muhammad Ziaulhaq Mamun, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, East-West University chaired the closing ceremony, and conference chair Dr. Dilara Begum, Associate Professor, and Chairperson, Department of Information Studies and Library Management, East-West University was also present and presented the conference summary.
