NSU among Global Top 500 in latest QS Graduate Employability Ranking 2022

 

NSU Live: The first private university and the number one ranked the private university of Bangladesh, North South University (NSU) has been ranked in the QS Graduate Employability Ranking 2022, consequently becoming the only private university in Bangladesh to secure a spot on this list of top 500 global institutions. NSU secured a rank of 301-500 on the list, which compares the university's performance in terms of graduate employability, outcomes, and prospects. Today at its campus, NSU celebrated this great achievement by organized a ranking celebration program.

Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees, NSU was present as the Chief Guest. Mr. M. A. Kashem, Mr. Benajir Ahmed, Mr. Mohammed Shajahan, Mr. Aziz AI Kaiser, and Ms. Rehana Rahman, Members, Board of Trustees, NSU were present as Guests of Honor. Prof. Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor, NSU chaired the event.

Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed, Honorable Chairman, Board of Trustees, NSU said, “I am delighted with the glorious success of North South University in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2022. I believe this success is the result of the combined efforts and hard work of all of us.

I believe that all the faculties and staff of our university will also work together in the future to bring greater success. We have to work to keep up with the changing world to provide international standard education. All kinds of support from my side will always be there for any kinds of development activities of the university.”

Prof. Atiqul Islam, Vice-Chancellor, NSU said, “We are at the top among the private universities in the country in all the platforms of ranking including QS World University Rankings, Asia Rankings, Subject Rankings. A student comes to the university for a good job, our graduates are 100% employed and working in various reputed institutions in the country and abroad.

In its continuation, we are today ranked among the top 500 universities in the world in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2022. We are now working to become one of the top 100 universities in Asia and one of the top 1000 in the world. "

The Honorable members of the Board of Trustees of North South University thanked all the faculties and staff of NSU for this achievement. They assured to give their full support for the development of NSU and for providing international quality education to students.

In addition, NSU’s consistent successes across all ranking platforms in QS World University Ranking, Asia Ranking, Subjects rankings (School of Business among the top 350-400 range in the world). NSU continues to solidify its position as the leader in higher education in Bangladesh. North-South University continues to make significant strides towards its goal of being in the top 100 in Asia and the top 1000 university in the World.
