NSU; ‘Let’s try a more eco-friendly lifestyle’

NSU Live: North South University (NSU) and Sweden Alumni Network Bangladesh collaboratively organized a plogging and program on the theme ‘Let’s try a more eco-friendly lifestyle’.

The program began with a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Md. Jakariya, Board Member, Sweden Alumni Network Bangladesh & Professor, ESM, NSU.

Prof. Dr. Hasan Mahmud Reza, Dean, School of Health & Life Sciences, NSU and Her Excellency Ms. Alexandra Berg von Linde, Swedish Ambassador in Bangladesh were present as Special Guests. Professor Atiqul Islam.

Vice-Chancellor, NSU was present as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. Md. Iqbal Rouf Mamun, Chairperson, Sweden Alumni Network Bangladesh & Professor, Department of Chemistry, University of Dhaka chaired the event.

After the program guests, students and all participants joined in the plogging activities around the university campus. Students of different departments participated and guests were divided into groups and moved for a jog and picked up trash at the same time from the campus and it's area around in order to make the environment clean.
