Students will learn discipline from Notre Dame University

NDUB Live: Bangladesh Accreditation Council former chairman Professor Dr. Mesbahuddin Ahmed said fresher will learn discipline from Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) as it has been established mainly based on discipline.

He made the remark while addressing the orientation program of the university as the chief guest on its campus on Monday.

NDUB vice-chancellor Professor Dr. Patrick D. Gaffney presided over the program while treasurer Subas Adam Pereira, a registrar in charge Dr. Leonard Shankar Rozario, deputy examination controller Boniface Tolentino, Development Administration director Frank Quinlivan, student counselor and director of maintenance Edmond Cruze, Student Affairs assistant director Shagorica Maria Gomes, Dr. Henrieta Gomes, dean of faculty Professor Dr. Aloke Kumar Chakraborty, chief engineer Taslim Uddin were present, among others, on the occasion.
 
Freshers of the Fall Trimester were welcomed by NDUB with a colorful orientation program on campus. New students along with their guardians came from different places in the capital as well as across the country to be a part of the program.
 
A documentary on students’ code of conduct was presented by Lawrence N. Das visually on behalf of the Proctor Office. The Public Relations office also presented a documentary on the university.

A journal named “Critical Insight” was unveiled as well by the English department at the program.
