BUP holds seminar on social behavior and etiquette

 

Live Correspondent: A seminar on changing patterns of social behavior, etiquette, and youth culture in the modern era were held at Bangladesh University of Professionals in Dhaka on Thursday.

The Sociology Department and the Faculty of Arts and Social Science jointly organized the program at Bijoy Auditorium on campus.

The main purpose of the seminar was to focus on the key factors which affect family bonding, respect for aged people, the pattern of social problems, change in youth behavior due to the influence of negative culture developed with the advancement of science and technology.

In the seminar, Professor Dr. Mehtab Khanam presented the keynote article.

Among others, BUP vice-chancellor Major General Md Mahbub-ul Alam, pro-vice-chancellor Professor Dr. Khondoker Mokaddem Hossain, officials, faculty members, and students of the university attended the seminar.
