RIIC Institute inaugurated at UIU

UIU Live: The Institute of Research, Innovation, Incubation and Commercialization (IRIC) was inaugurated at United International University (UIU) on Tuesday.
Education Minister Dipu Moni was present as the chief guest at the inaugural ceremony held on the campus with the university vice-chancellor Professor Dr Md Abul Kashem Mia in the chair.
The chief guest said establishment of the institute is a timely decision during this era of the fourth industrial revolution.
Dipu Moni expressed hope that students of this institute will take the lead in building a technology-based country in the future.
FBCCI president Md Jashim Uddin, BGMEA president Faruque Hassan, BKMEA executive president Mohammad Hatem and United Group chairman and also MD Moinuddin Hasan Rashid were present as special guests at the programme.
