Annual Quality Convention held at UAP

UAP Live: Bangladesh Society for Total Quality Management (BSTQM) and the University of Asia Pacific (UAP) jointly organized the 11^th National Annual Quality Convention on Education (NAQCE) on today at UAP Auditorium, Green Road, Dhaka.

Mr. Qayum Reza Chowdhury, Treasurer, Board of Trustees (BOT), UAP was the Chief Guest of inaugural session and Md. Nuruzzaman Talukdar, Convener of 11^th NAQCE welcomed all students, teachers, delegates and invited guests in the convention. The theme of the 9^th NAQCE was “Enhancing Performance in Education through Continuous Improvement and Innovation”. Around 400 students, teachers and professionals from different institutions across the country jointed the convention.

Noted TV Journalist and Former Head of Voice of America (VOA) Mr. Iqbal Bahar Choudhury was the Chief Guest for the closing session and distributed prizes among the winners while, Mr. A M M Khairul Bashar, President, BSTQM and Ms. Roksana Mazumder, Member of Education Committee, BSTQM were present, among others.

The convention included presentation of 26 Students Quality Control Circle (SQCC), papers on quality and other colorful poster and slogan and collage. Members of SQCC from their groups to identify problems in their institutions leading solution for implementation and follow up action.
